In normal life, you can take a few minutes to keep fit. Here are a few "little tricks" for keeping fit:
Swallow saliva. Lick your lips and teeth with your tongue in the morning to make your mouth full of saliva, then swallow it. Repeat this for three times.
Back-pounding and collateral-dredging techniques are even in stress, tapping and tapping. Each back massage lasts for 10 to 20 minutes, with 60 to 80 beats per minute, once or twice a day.
Knee rubbing When you are in a sitting position for a long time, put your palms on your left and right knees respectively, warm your knees with the warmth of your palms, and rub your knees with your fingers. Finally, rub the Yongquan point of your feet with your hands until your feet feel hot.
Close your eyes when you are resting. It is best to rub your palms to generate heat, cover your eyes with your hands when it is hot, or apply warm compress.

The shoulder drives the arm to swing by inertia and elasticity, and at the same time, the heel is lifted and then dropped. This is repeated, so that the heel gently vibrates the ground rhythmically, for 15 minutes every morning and evening.
Massage the middle section of the thumb of both hands on the nose, rub the tip of the nose after mutual heat, rub both sides of the nose (Yingxiang point) with two fingers, and then scrape the bridge of the nose from top to bottom with your fingers, and do three actions continuously.
Make a fist with both hands, clench your hands into a fist, exert a little force on your whole body at the same time, then let go, repeat 50 to 60 times, and do a group every morning and evening.
Turn your neck and sit on the chair, first raise your head, lean back as far as possible, then bend your chin to your chest to relax and tighten the muscles on the back of your neck, then tilt your head to the left and right for 10 to 15 times, then lean your back against the chair, and hold your hands behind your neck for a while.
Open your mouth and shut up. Open and close your mouth easily and to the maximum extent, so as to drive facial muscles and carry out rhythmic exercise. Each group is folded 50 times, about 1 minute, and each group is made in the morning and evening.
